AN INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE IN EVERY WAY
I rarely take the time to write a review—only when it is truly deserved. I arrived with high expectations, and they were exceeded by far. We traveled as a family and stayed near Córdoba, at an international-level property. At night, the view of the sky is absolutely incredible.
Gourmet cuisine led by Leo and his kitchen team, with exquisite and original dishes. A secluded estancia, surrounded by the Córdoba mountains, with stunning architecture.
The rooms are spacious, spotless, and fully equipped. The entire staff is extremely attentive and genuinely focused on making you feel at home. They even prepared my children’s favorite meals especially for them.
We visited the farm to feed the animals, collect eggs, and harvest vegetables from the garden. I highly recommend the horseback ride with Juno. You can also explore by bike or on foot—the property is vast.
Thank you and greetings to Lara, Fran, Gaby, and Augusto. We are already planning to return. This wonderful place, which I discovered almost by chance on the internet, is worth every cent. Without a doubt, the best hospitality experience I’ve had in Argentina.
A wonderful stay at El Colibri
We spent four absolutely wonderful days at El Colibri. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, charming, and attentive — you can clearly feel that they want to make your stay unforgettable, and they succeed beautifully.
Everything was perfect
We had a fantastic stay at the property. The place was beautiful and quaint (only a few rooms in the hotel), the property gigantic, activities were great (horseback riding, farm visit, bike rides), food delicious and staff really attentive to our needs. This was really a unique experience.
Always very satisfied
Every time I have visited El Colibrí, I have always felt very comfortable, thanks to everything it offers: the venue, its amenities, all complemented by service committed to excellence.
I have gone there up to three times with young members of our company. We have had up to 65 people.
The reasons were always 2 or 3 days of strategic work, ending with a celebration that allowed us to finish the event very satisfied.
Everything was perfect.
Divine, spacious, and very comfortable rooms! Dining here is already an experience; birdwatching, horseback riding, riding lessons, polo lessons—this is a place to create unforgettable memories. They are true artisans of hospitality.

A magnificent setting, elegant rooms, exceptional staff, and delicious cuisine. So many activities to enjoy, from horseback riding to walks and cycling. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Incredible stay — we organized a trip with 10 people and everything was truly exceptional! We are very grateful to our host Gabriela, who supported us with every detail: from the menu to arranging horseback rides, bike races, picnics, bonfires… pure luxury! I highly recommend this unique experience!
Everything was excellent
It was a pleasure to organize an event with you, always attentive to our needs and making us feel comfortable. I really have nothing negative to say. But I want to highlight the impressive attention and very warm hospitality. The cuisine is excellent as well.
Excellent service.
The hotel is excellent, especially the service. We went with my wife and our 11-month-old son. Everyone was very kind, but Sofía and Augusto stood out for their friendliness and professionalism, always making sure we were comfortable and attentive to any need. Additionally, Chef Leo is a genius—not only did he prepare spectacular meals for us, but he also took care of all my son’s meals. The hotel offers several activities, including a visit to the farm. We did it with Chuno, who was very kind, showed us around, and made sure our son could fully enjoy the experience.

If I had to rate from 1 to 10, I’d give it an 11. I celebrated my 80th birthday with my family, and it was unforgettable. Thank you to all the staff at Estancia El Colibrí for your wonderful care. You will always have a place in my heart. ❤️
