Estancia El Colibrí obtains the “Greener Hotels” certification
At Estancia El Colibrí Relais & Châteaux, our commitment to nature and responsible hospitality is an essential part of our identity. Today, we celebrate an important milestone on this journey: we have officially obtained the Sustainable Management Certification – Bronze Level, awarded by the Argentine Hotel & Tourism Association through the Hoteles Más Verdes program.
This certification recognizes Estancia El Colibrí for meeting the requirements of the Sustainable Hotel Management Standard, aligned with the criteria of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council, an international benchmark in sustainable tourism.
What does this certification recognize?
The Hoteles Más Verdes – Bronze Level eco-label confirms that the entire property — accommodation, restaurant, and common areas — complies with responsible practices in environmental, social, and management matters.
The report concludes that Estancia El Colibrí is in optimal condition to obtain this certification, which represents a major achievement for us after years of effort to be an estancia as sustainable as possible, while respecting the values that matter to us and the Relais & Châteaux guidelines on this subject.
