Our restaurant La Table du Colibri offers you a unique culinary experience, showcasing products grown on our farm, Estancia Don André, located near Estancia el Colibri.
Meat, milk, eggs, fruits, vegetables, and aromatic herbs are absolutely fresh and pure.
Thanks to our farm, we are fortunate to have hundreds of heads of cattle – including our grass-fed Aberdeen Angus – which allow us to produce on-site exceptional meats, charcuterie, cheeses, and dairy products.
This freedom in the selection of ingredients allows us to develop our culinary art and offer our guests local, organic, and high-quality products, for a complete garden-to-table experience.

Once a month, we open the doors of our family kitchen for an immersive experience from garden to plate. Accompanied by our cooks, you’ll discover our ochards and gardens, looking for the vegetables, aromatic herbs and other organic produce that you’ll then use to create a complete menu in our kitchen. From picking up products to tasting, you’ll enjoy an authentic sensory experience in which each product tells its own story.
